Below are some steps you should perform first when getting started.

Build your Keyword List. It is best to click on the Keyword Manager button (on the main toolbar) and start building a detailed keyword list. Think through all the possible keywords you could associate to a thought and enter them. We have provided an extensive list, but we are sure you'll have a lot more.
Build a Folder list. You know all the document folders you created in My Documents. It might make sense to create a similar list in PerfectJournal.
